At Sidmouth Town Junior Vikings, our team managers and coaches are at the heart of everything we do! From those first exciting kicks of a football at Under 6 level through to the challenges of Under 16 football, our dedicated volunteers give their time, energy and enthusiasm to help young players develop both on and off the pitch. Our managers do so much more than organise training sessions and lead teams on match days. They encourage teamwork, build confidence, celebrate achievements and help every player develop important life skills such as resilience, respect and sportsmanship. Whether it's celebrating a first goal, supporting a player through a difficult match or watching a team grow together over the seasons, our managers help create experiences and memories that last far beyond the final whistle.We're incredibly proud of our fantastic coaching team and grateful for the commitment they show to our young Vikings week after week, whatever the weather!
